Regular Registration
Till July 7(Wed) 17:00 (JST), 2010
Student: 35,000 JPY
General: 40,000 JPY

[General] and [Student] registrations include:
* admission to all Conference sessions July 12-15,
* Conference Proceedings
* Lunch, Refreshments & Dinner provided during the Camp period
* Welcome Reception(July 12) & Farewell Party(July 15)

Payment Procedure
* credit card and bank transfer are acceptable for payment of reg. fees.
* personal checks are not acceptable.
* For bank transfer, participants are asked to cover the cost of any bank fees applying to the transfer of funds.

Cancellation
Registration fees will be refunded after deducting cancellation fees as follows:
* On or Before July 7 (Wed) 17:00 (JST), 2010 : no charge
Refunds will not be made after this date.

Accommodation for Camp attendees will be provided at discounted rates at the Conference venue.

Rates below are available from July 10 through July 18, 2010.
*Single 8,500 JPY
*Twin 14,000 JPY (7,000 JPY for each)

Both rates are one night per room, including breakfast, service charges and taxes,

Payment and Cancellation
1. This service provides you with a reservation only. Payment should be made at the hotel front desk on check out. Receipts will be issued by the hotel as required.
2. Changes/cancellations can be made contacting the hotel.
3. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
If notice of cancellation reaches Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima:
1 day before the first night of stay - 20% of the daily room charge
The first night of stay - 80% of the daily room charge
No stay without notice given - 100% of the daily room charge
